个人简介:

邱红松,国家级青年人才,主要从事太赫兹自旋物理、超快自旋器件及其面向人工智能的新型计算应用研究。2018年博士毕业于日本大阪大学,2023年于德国柏林自由大学开展访问研究。荣获“2021中国光学十大进展奖(基础研究类)”,入选江苏省“双创计划”双创博士、南京大学“毓秀青年学者计划”和南京大学“紫金学者”。围绕太赫兹频段自旋动力学特性开展系统研究,在国际上首次实验发现了零磁场条件下反铁磁太赫兹自旋泵浦效应,揭示了太赫兹尺度下自旋调控与信息传输的新物理机制;针对反铁磁异质结构等新型自旋材料体系,发展超快自旋器件,实现自旋信息写入速度向皮秒尺度的突破;推动自旋器件与智能计算技术交叉融合,探索面向特定AI任务的新型计算辅助模块。主持承担国家自然科学基金优秀青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金优秀青年项目和江苏省自然科学基金青年项目等,作为主要参与人参与多项国家自然科学基金重大项目。近年来以第一作者(含共同第一作者)及通讯作者在Nature Physics、Physical Review Letters、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Advanced Science等国际期刊发表学术论文10余篇,共同作者论文30余篇。
